Refund and Return Policy for TradeExpress

At TradeExpress aim to provide a seamless experience for users posting and browsing classified ads. As a platform facilitating connections between buyers and sellers, we outline our refund and return policy below to address potential concerns.

1. Scope of the Policy

TradeExpress operates as a classified ads platform, connecting buyers and sellers. We do not directly sell products or services. This policy applies to:

Paid advertisements or featured ad services purchased on our platform.
Subscription-based services for premium account users (if applicable).

This policy does not govern transactions between buyers and sellers facilitated through the platform.

2. Refund Policy for Paid Services

(a) Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be granted under the following circumstances:

If you paid for an advertisement, and the ad was not published due to a technical error on our part.
If a duplicate payment is made for the same service.
If an advertisement is rejected by us for not complying with our Terms of Use.

(b) Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

If the ad has been published successfully and is live on the platform.
If you change your mind after purchasing a service or no longer wish to use it.
For issues related to transactions between buyers and sellers.
If your ad is removed due to a violation of our policies, including prohibited content or activities.

(c) Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

3. Return Policy

As a classified ads platform, we do not sell or deliver products. Therefore, we do not handle returns or exchanges. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for resolving disputes regarding products or services.

4. Cancellations

(a) Ad Cancellations by Users

Users can cancel an ad before it is approved and published. No charges will apply in such cases.
If you cancel after the ad is published, no refunds will be provided.

(b) Cancellations by TradeExpress

We reserve the right to cancel any ad or suspend services if:

The content violates our Terms of Use or Community Guidelines.
The user engages in fraudulent or illegal activities.

In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

5. Disputes Between Buyers and Sellers

TradeExpress is not responsible for disputes, returns, or refunds arising from transactions between buyers and sellers. We recommend that both parties:

Clearly communicate terms before completing a transaction.
Use safe payment methods.
Verify product quality and authenticity in person whenever possible.

For disputes, we encourage buyers and sellers to resolve the matter independently.
